Glass Target - Authentic 80s pop/rock with a sharp new‑wave edge

Available for sync licensing for ads, series, films, and digital campaigns.

In the early ‘80s, Glass Target lit up Los Angeles with a fierce blend of new wave hooks and rock ‘n’ roll grit. Lead Vocalist, Stacie Byrne delivered haunting, dramatic vocals with a stage presence once described as “like a Barbie Doll gone berserk”, while Music Connection Magazine hailed guitarist Paul Lauer as a “stylistic standout”.

Signed to Unicorn Records—home to punk icons Black Flag—the band sold out Madame Wong’s West and The Troubadour, where a brand-new Metallica once opened for them. Their MTV-featured video brought their sound to a national audience, cementing their place as one of the era’s most unforgettable hidden gems.

Today, Glass Target’s vintage rock tracks are available for TV and film sync licensing, giving a new generation the chance to experience their electrifying sound.
